Synopsis

\anchor{name}{text}

Description

Creates a link anchor. Link anchors are target locations for links. name becomes the name of the anchor,
text is the portion of content which is the link target location. It is allowed to leave it blank, in which
case the target location has zero width.

Link anchors are usually not rendered specially. Thus, they cannot be distinguished from the surrounding content.
