Description

Changes the font size. The change applies to the text following the command, and ends with the current environment or
pseudo-environment. Pseudo-environments are, for example, paragraphs, {}-bloks, list items, table cells, structuring
units (section, subsection, etc.). If the command is given at top-level, it applies to the entire document.
